1. Customers who purchase goods from our company, in order to ensure your interests, please check the goods on the spot when receiving them. If you find that the goods are damaged during transportation, you have the right to ask the delivery personnel to take the goods back and re-deliver them or ask the post office to show the certificate and claim from the post office.

2. We only provide a free door-to-door return. Please contact us within the valid time after checking all the goods, and prepare the goods and delivery note for inspection.

3. If the goods are returned due to the customer's own reasons (such as the contents of the introduction, repeated orders before placing the order and other non-quality problems), please contact the customer service center to return the goods to our company. requirement:

(1) Observe the return time: within 1 week after receiving the goods (subject to the signing date).

(2) The packaging and the goods themselves are intact;

(3) Please bring the original invoice. If the invoice has been issued, please return it together;

4. If any product quality problem is found after receiving the goods, you can call for return and replacement within 5 days after receiving the goods. For returning goods, please return the outer packaging, inner accessories, sales receipt, etc. of the goods together with the goods. We will exchange or refund your products within 2 working days after receiving your products. 7 days after the customer received the goods, if there is any quality problem, please select the manufacturer for repair service; The manufacturer has special provisions for the product according to the manufacturer's regulations.

5. The returned goods must have the original packaging, accessories, instructions and warranty card; You should also have a receipt that can effectively prove that the goods are purchased from us.

6. The company has the right to refuse the customer's request for return and replacement under the following circumstances:

(1) The door-to-door customer requests to return or replace the goods without finding the wrong delivery. When you receive the goods, please carefully accept the goods according to the delivery note. The goods are short, lost, dirty or damaged. Please check it on the spot and point out that it will be re-delivered free of charge and will not be accepted if it is overdue.

(2) Return and replacement requirements beyond the return and replacement period. Return goods within 1 week and exchange goods within 1 month (subject to the customer's signature date).

(3) The returned goods are incomplete or damaged in appearance.

(4) Customer invoices or invoices are missing or incomplete.

(5) The goods are returned due to the customer's own reasons (not reading the content introduction before the order below, placing the order repeatedly, etc.).

(6) The customer requests to replace the goods with other goods.

(7) The customer did not contact the customer service center in advance before visiting.

7. In case of product quality problems, we will return, replace, repair and solve other problems arising therefrom on the basis of friendly negotiation between both parties; If the two parties fail to reach a solution through negotiation, they can submit it to the Quality Supervision Commission or the arbitration institution of the Consumer Rights and Interests Protection Association for settlement.
